I have a question

Whenever I am tryin to view a thread, after the page gets almost loaded, it takes me back to the forum menu...

I was wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if there is a way to fix it

It has happend once since clearing the cache... I have cleared it again in hopes that is might fix the problem.

Are there any other fixes?

I just did it again. This just started happening the other day, but I have been lurking for quite a while with no problems.

Depends on your browser.

If it's just IE, then clearing your cache, cookies and history should do the trick, although closing and restarting the browser wouldn't hurt.

If it's Firefox, you may have to do the same, and there could be a potentially conflicting extension installed.

If you use other than IE or FF, I have no idea since I don't use other browsers.

I am using firefox 2.0.

I am going to upgrade to 3.0 and see if that solves it.

I will post back with a conclusion

update:

The issue has not been resolved in either IE or FF.

The weird thing is, sometimes the page will stick and I can view it, and other times I cannot. It is the weirdest thing.

try this...download and run CCleaner.

It should nuke just about everything cached.

It's free, safe and very effective.

I think i am just gonna have to live with it... nothing seem to be working... If yall hear of anyone else that has the problem or a potential fix will you please let me know. Thanks again!

since it's happening on two browsers, you'll want to start looking at security software..antivirus, antispyware...see if any of them are conflicting by disabling them
