Converting WMV to an iPod-friendly format?

I have some WMV's that I want to put on my iPod. Obviously iTunes will not handle them so I need to convert them to something first.

Recommendations?

I've tried Super, and it does work, however it takes a 12MB WMV and turns it into a 35MB m4a. That's just messed up.

I looked at http://www.media-convert.com/ however I don't like the idea of uploading all 31 WMV's.

I also tried AVS 6.2 and it crapped out on every other video.

It's a Cisco training series that I would really like to make portable so .. please help.

Have another try with SUPER once you've add the video to be converted bring up its properties and set SUPER to the same frame rate, bit rate, aspect size etc.
Then convert I've used it many times with success, sometimes need to alter a couple of settings to get the right output

Well my prog that i have does the same thing what you would want

converts all files into mp4 for my sony psp

I downloaded them at work so I can watch them here....although I would like to figure this out. I suppose I could put them on my phone if I had a memory card. It has a bigger screen than my iPod anyway.
