Question resizing a gif?

I want to use a gif I found on here, but it is slightly too big ... can I use photoshop or something to resize this without losing the animation?

I don't know, the site doesn't work for me for some reason, so I dl'd JASC and it seems cool, I haven't spent any time messing with it really yet tho. I need to learn how to manipulate gifs so I can create my own custom stuff... so anyone knowing where and how to learn that as well as good photoshop stuff please pass it my way!

I found two decent online resizers/editors the other day. They should be sufficient for getting started:

http://www.smileygenerator.us/t/gifresize/

and

I do it with Adobe Pothoshop Image Ready. First you have to link up all the layers then go to image>resize image (well i dont know the exact word for that command in english, my IR is in spanish). Easy!
