|  RapGet I am experimenting with this program but can't get anywhere with it. Can someone help me out here? I copy and paste a series of links and start the program but all I get is errors, it never downloads any part. I have a premium membership with RS, if that makes a difference with the program... It's not so bad copying and pasting all the links but if I can put them all at once in RapGet, it seems so much easier.

|  I like RapGet and use it for all my downloads. First, did you enter your premium login information so it knows you are downloading as a premium user? If yes, make sure that you aren't pasting truncated links as they will show up as corrupted and only give errors. (sometimes when you copy links, you end up copying truncated links because the forum they are posted at truncates them in the forum post).

| I dont know about Rapget, but i use rapidshare manager, its made by RS and it works for up and down loads, plus it tells you if the links are dead or not. Get it here http://rapidshare.com/rsm.html

| the advantage of rapget is that it's host-independent, so you can use a lot of other common services with it.

| I also found out that the default download directory is not created by the program, so everything that downloaded all night is now at the bottom of the list to be re-downloaded. oh well, live and learn.
