Default Quick Question

I am new here...I read this thread but still didn't see my question among the many posted, so I'll ask it now. On uploaded files where can you see how mant times the file has been downloaded? For instance, I uploaded a vid and want to check if people are downlaoding or not? This is for Rapidshare.com

If you are a Premium user then it will show on the Premium log-in page. I'm unfamiliar with non-Premium uploads but it's my understanding that the files stay up for three days without activity and remain up indefinitely if active downloading is occurring. Anyone else have a definitive answer?

just tonight I was informed that when a person copied/pasted one of my RS Folder links, he got "Error: Wrong Server!"

subsequently I did the same (copied/pasted Link), and tried checking a Folder from my "Login" page (by clicking the Folder Link there), and got the same message-page

the same Folder opened fine when I clicked the Admin-Login button

any help would be greatly appreciated

Give us the folder link and I'll have a look. Just post it in here

I just tried the link to your folders and got the same error. Then I tried the trick of adding s after http without any luck. I know RS has a variety of servers and the one that your folders is on may currently be out of service. Check them again tomorrow and if they still show error problems then contact RS tech support.

Is RS "really screwed"? Seems like every link I open is not taking me to the list of Server options but just bringing up the "save to" window. Sometimes I click a link and it just brings up a page of code, I then right-click and take the save option. Other times the files will not be there but be present 10 minutes later. I am really confused here......

You must have a Premium account for that to happen. If you want to change it go into your RS Options and un-check the Direct-Downloads box and Save the changes.
