Downloading HQ sports

I'm from the states and the only football channel I get is FoxSoccer which shows basically only premier league. Can anyone refer me to a place where I can dl or stream games from La Liga or Serie A?

That site has a freeware that allows you to stream various IPTV channels from all over the world, mostly from asia though. If you don't mind a chinese or Thai comment, you should be able to find live broadcasts for most of the major european football leagues. CCTV 5 has the german Bundesliga, for example. They show several live games per week.
