German Panzer 2, probably the C model.

They were only supposed to be training tanks with light armour and a 20mm automatic gun but the Germans were desperately short of armour. They were easy targets to anything over a heavy calibre machine gun and were more useful for scaring inexperienced infantry into running away.

Dont know what hit this one but it obviously burned out and the ammunition cooked off enough to blow the gun and mantlet out of the turret.

From the building behind it might be in France, from the closed commanders hatch the crew were buried there in really small coffins.
