No, that is NOT the new rule. You need to read it more carefully. I am not a premium member and I upload stuff there (including in the last day) and my stuff has been downloaded hundreds of times. That rule pertains to people that upload ANONYMOUSLY, as in not even using a Collector's Zone account, which is 100% FREE. Don't believe those bogus posts that have been going around spewing misinformation, and instead read the truth for yourself.

I'm sorry if I was wrong on the new rules from rapidshare, I didn't know a misunderstanding could get me the nickname "bullshit". All I know is that when I clicked the link Rapidshare told me that the download had reached its 10 DL limit and couldn't be downloaded again until it was reupd. Thanks for reupping the file, and again I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm not one to pick a fight, and you have to admit the new rule is still gay, even if it isn't what I thought it was.
