Fountain Valley man, 39, arrested after police say janitor saw him touching himself while watching girls track team.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY – A 39-year-old Fountain Valley man is behind bars today after he was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of publicly masturbating at Fountain Valley High School while watching a girls cross country team stretch and do calisthenics.

Hoang Hong Nguyen was charged today with misdemeanor for indecent exposure, annoying or molesting a child, disturbing school activities, and falsely identifying himself to a police officer.

Nguyen has been in jail since the arrest, unable to post a $500 bond.

A janitor spotted Nguyen exposing and touching himself while watching the cross-country team, Fountain Valley police said.

The janitor made a citizen's arrest, tackling Nguyen and sitting on him until police arrived.

Officers interviewed all of the girls on the team, and none of them saw Nguyen or were contacted by him, police said.

Nguyen told police that he had come to the school to play soccer, and admitted exposing and touching himself, saying he had an itch he had to scratch, police said.

But you were right. I've been out of high school for an astounding 26 years. Holy mutha I'm getting up there in age. High school girls in general, I've seen enough of them to know that they don't all look like the girls in that picture.

It's all them damn growth hormones they are feeding cows and chickens. That shit is in the milk and the beef supply and everything because some of these girls ain't got no business looking like they do.
