Teen Nabbed For Naked MySpace Photos

MAY 21--Meet Alex Phillips. The Wisconsin teenager is facing felony child pornography charges for allegedly posting naked photos of his 16-year-old ex-girlfriend on his MySpace page. When contacted by police about the two images, Phillips, 17, balked at removing the pictures of the girl. Warned that he could face jail for publishing images of the minor, Phillips told an investigator, "Fuck that, I am keeping them up," according to a criminal complaint filed yesterday in Lacrosse County Circuit Court. Phillips, pictured in the below mug shot, told cops that he posted the photos last week "because he was venting." The cell phone camera photos had been taken by the girl, who provided them to Phillips. Along with posting the photos, Phillips added explicit captions like, "Yo, U see how big her hole is! Its from me!" While claiming that his goal was not to harm the girl, Phillips acknowledged that, "he probably should not have done this," according to the May 20 court filing. Along with the child porn count, Phillips was charged with defamation and sexual exploitation of a child.

He could get nearly 17 years in prison. A cop tells you to take the fucking pictures down, TAKE THE FUCKING PICTURES DOWN. Dork ass stalker looking chump. If he'd have did it the first time they gave him the opportunity, they probably would not have charged him.

One thing I learned in life so far is to do whatever a cop tells you to do and then get a lawyer afterwards if necessary. That's why the song says 'I fought the law and the law won.' The kid screwed up & was lucky enough to be offered a 'do over' by the cop who told him to take 'em down. You don't get too many 'o overs' in life. Take the opportunity when offered, you stupid dinghole. I'll have no mercy for you when Bubba's got you bent over the cell bunk.

He's totally screwed, Wisconsin is excessively harsh. We have a special prison just for pedophiles. It isn't a very nice place.

This reminds me of back when I was in high school about 7 years ago, a business club went out of town for a conference. One of the nights, a few of them decided to play strip poker and of course some idiot took pictures.

Said idiot took pictures to the local grocery 1 HR photo shop and the high school aged photos were flagged as possible child porn. Person running the machine who saw this went to the same high school. In the end, the photographer and all the people in the photos were caught, and got themselves into a shit ton of trouble. I don't recall if the cops got involved, but it was funny.

Well at 17 he should have the savvy to know what is acceptable and what is not. He wanted to humiliate and degrade her. Now the shoes is on the other foot.

He probably thought he can misbehave and then blame it on his parents, society, lack of breast feeding as a child or whatever other excuse they always come up with when arrested. If you want to play in the big boy world of sex and photography then you must be prepared for the big boy world of the consequences that accompany it.

Hell I remember walking down the corridor at 17 and being tripped up. Can you imagine if that happened in a workplace?

Kids behaviour should be judged differently than us mature folk.
