Anticipation cant build when you're interrupted by disturbances.. That was my one complaint.. commercials... We'd get all ratcheted up and Bam!... A summers eve douche commercial... When it would come back on my nerves had settled down.. so it wasnt as scary then..

Keeping in mind they do have to adhere to the censors..

They ripped this idea off from Showtime, its the exact same (just not as good) New director every week, doing a one hour horror (or in this case about 40 min)

All I'm saying is it was the exact same idea, and i watched them both. I found the showtime series to be much better, due to no interruptions, no censors and more graphic violence
