eaten too much greasy food

chips yesterday and chips and chips today.... now I'm feeling ill....

anyone know what I can eat to stop feeling queasy?

I normally eat fresh or tinned pineapple after a greasy meal and that seems to do the trick, but I don't have any

7am breakfast diner

mush - I'll have coffee
waitress - you want chips wit that guv?
mush - no thanks, maybe a bowl of oatmeal
waitress - want some chips on top?
mush - no thanks, how bout some toast?
waitress - chips n gravy on the side?
mush - no thanks just coffee, toast and the oatmeal
waitress - righto hun, I'll bring your bill and some chips

actually....thinking about it.....try a bowl of cereal......it should soak it up......and the milk should help neutralise it

I was having some stomach problems..tried everything then happened
across some double chocolate oatmeal cookies.

They're dark and you can see the chunks of oatmeal poking out,
like something a horse would enjoy.

Seriously...I eat 3 of those babies and start tooting like there's no tomorrow

Foods usually don't make me do that but for some reason these magical
cookies star the wind machine at the back and I feel great in no time

om nom nom. I was thinking yogurt initially and was kicking myself, cos yesterday I did a little shopping and looked at the whole grain 500ml pots, but didn't buy one cos they wern't on offer
