My cousin bought a house like that from his family. I wish I had been able to. I live too far from any family for that to have worked.
Don't get me wrong, I do like the layout of my house, I had just always swore I'd never buy a mobile home, but, at the time I was looking, I couldn't pass up 3 acres (pipe fence frontage) circular drive, 1000sqft garage, and a 2100sqft home for $78,000@4.125% interest/15years.

Good deal. My house is only about 900 sq ft on an acre, no garage, but it's paid for.

I have about 5 more years (if the economy holds together that long) and it's paid for. I bought the place 4 years ago, and have made a lot of extra payments on the principle.

You also live by yourself (for now) don't you? I'd be happy with a Morgan type building on the right land if I was alone. One person just doesn't need much space. Before I got married, I was quite comfy in a 400sqft apartment, although I missed having land.

Yes, and it's about the size of a small apartment. It works for me. I don't know if my future husband will want something bigger but we'll see. I have some more land nearby so my acre is fine since I have to keep the lawn mowed!

I don't see those shoes looking good on an average Jane and without a proper dress. But imagine Allsmiles in a gorgeous dress that has cuts matching the shoes.
