HERE and get RapGet 1.35. Install the program and the SSL libraries then run the program. Enter in your RS Premium account login and password in the Settings>Servers tab. Then all you have to do is enter in the RS links and RapGet will download... even without a browser window open.

You buy set periods of RS Premium Account and after they've expired you must buy more... just like any other service (I.E. telephone, cable access, etc.).
